Your guaranteed arrival reservation is secured by a deposit equal to one night’s lodging or half the amount of your expected stay, whichever is greater.
Cancellations made ten or more days prior to arrival are refundable, less a $15 administrative fee per room.
Cancellations made nine or fewer days prior to arrival incur a $15 administrative fee. In addition, if we are unable to rebook your room(s) for the entire period of your original reservation, we may retain your deposit.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of a no-show.
Things You Should Know…
- Check in between 3–9 PM. Check out by 11 AM. For special arrangements, please call to allow necessary preparations for your situation.
- A $15.00 per person per night fee will be charged for extra persons.
- All charges subject to 6.75% sales tax.
- Children are welcome. Parents assume all responsibility.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome in The Garden Cottage only and must sleep in a kennel (medium sized kennel is available for usage). While outdoors, dogs must remain on a leash. Dog owner(s) accept all responsibility. Proof of current dog license is required. $15.00 per night plus $50.00 deposit required.
- This is a non-smoking B&B/home.
- With advance notice, we can honor most dietary requests. In some cases, an additional charge may apply.
- On-site guest parking. Free public parking for campers, RVs and boats is available only 50 feet from the Roanoke Inn's front door.
- Gift certificates are available.
