The Garden Cottage The Garden Cottage is so named because this large guest room overlooks the Jasmine Garden, one of the many luscious gardens located on the grounds. The Cottage is the only guestroom located on the first floor providing the ultimate in privacy. It is a spacious light and airy room. Colors of blue and yellow reflect the warmth and pleasure of sun, sea and sky. Wonder across from the queen size pillow top wicker bed to a comfortable sitting area situated for your relaxation and enjoyment in front of the fireplace. It is best suited for two guests but can accommodate four with the twin iron daybed and twin trundle. A shared half bath or a wheelchair accessible restroom with shower is located across the dining room. A wicker vanity and small desk are provided for your convenience. Children and/or well behaved dogs are welcome in this room only for an additional charge. |

The Split Staircase
Wander up the elegant split staircase to one of the three second-story guest rooms that offer private baths, lots of storage, and unique details. A telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven and some light snacks are provided in the common sitting area.

The Coburn Room The earth tones of the Coburn Room invite you to lounge on the comfortable king size pillow top mattress, or in the bay window sitting area. This large room was used as the master suite by the second owner and still displays period wallpaper. Like Mr. Coburn himself in the mid nineteen hundreds, you’ll burrow down into the pillows in the window seat to watch the sun rise over the front landscape. The décor is oriented more toward the masculine look where the White Camellia Room has a more feminine appeal. To compliment these accommodations, the large bath is decorated in coordinating wallpaper and has a private combination tub and shower. |

The Biggs Suite Enjoy the glorious setting and relaxed elegance of the Biggs Suite.Sunlight streams into this spacious 500+ square foot suite furnished with a cozy wing chair and twin size day bed in your private sitting room. Guests refer to the Biggs Suite as "The Romance Room." Tall ceilings offset the king size pillow top memory foam mattress draped in gold and cream fabrics and pillows. Enjoy the sunlit garden view or gaze up at the stars while you sit and dine on your private dining table draped in golden linens. Your private bath includes lots of storage for personal items. You will leave all your worries behind while you escape in your antique soaking pedestal tub equipped with a neck pillow and book rack with a wine glass holder and a “rain effect” shower head. |

The White Camellia Room The White Camellia Room welcomes you to an evenings rest on the soft queen size bed. Calming sage green walls adorned with a print of Georgia O’Keeffe’s White Camellia, contrast with the rich wood floors. Tall ceilings add to the atmosphere of gracious living. Read, write, or dine on your cozy mosaic bistro set. Your large, private bath features an oversized, customized tiled shower with multiple showerheads. Extra storage space encourages an extended stay. |
